Desde 1975 se llevan otorgando estos prestigiosos premios que algo hacen influir la lista final de candidatos y como no de ganadores tanto de los Globos de Oro como los Oscar. Este año desde que se empezaron a dar todo tipo de premios se enta siguiendo una linea que acapara todos los premios, dos ejemplos claros son "The Hurt Locker" como mejor película, premio que han repetido como tres veces este mismo año, o el de Christoph Waltz como mejor actor secundario tal y como paso en el pasado festival de Cannes. Estos premios bastantes destinados a llevase alguna candidatura para los Oscar por no decir que Christoph Waltz se va a llevar de calle el Oscar, otra cosa es The Hurt Locket que estará bastante reñida con Avatar, eso no me cabe la menor duda, sin embargo en estos premios quedo por detrás de "Distrito 9" como mejor diseño de produccion. Destaco bastante los dos premios de Crazy Heart y The Hurt Locket y el segundo puesto de "Up" sobre mejor película de animación.
